Here at CGT Tours, we recognise that not everyone wants to travel in a large group and we are finding that more of our bookings now come from small groups of friends and family that want a more personal tour experience. They travel together for many reasons – perhaps it is a family pilgrimage to visit the site of where a relative fought or a group of friends that enjoy travelling together and exploring the battlefields.
In recognition of this we have developed a private and bespoke programme, where you will find a selection of tours that have been put together specifically catering for group sizes from 2 to 12.

From a country Château to a city centre boutique hotel, we have a wide choice of accommodation options to suit all budgets, which we will discuss with you when you make your enquiry. As we offer a complete tour experience, we are also able to make reservations at local restaurants, should you wish to dine out during your stay.
Transport
A choice of transport is available from cars to minibuses all driven by friendly and courteous drivers. If you would like to fly to your destination then let us know and we can organise flights on your behalf.
Guides
Should you wish a guide to join your tour, CGT Tours have a great team of guides, who have been carefully selected to escort our tours. Allowing you to discover and understand the politics behind these wars, the experiences of those involved, the realities of conducting operations and the tactics employed, right through to the inevitable outcomes.
